Use of Assistance Funds. Assistance Funds shall be used only for costs and fees in connection with the Development that are includable in the “eligible basis” of a development under Tax Credit Program Requirements, including without limitation, costs of land acquisition, on-site demolition costs, and hazardous material remediation costs and other cost as approved by THDA in its sole discretion (“Eligible Costs”). Assistance Funds shall not, however, be used for swimming pools. Owner shall supply documentation as required by THDA, in its sole discretion, with each draw request to demonstrate that Assistance Funds are being used only for Eligible Costs. Assistance Funds may be used to repay equity or the principal amount of loans (except for loans funded with the proceeds of tax exempt bonds) that have financed Eligible Costs associated with the construction and/or rehabilitation of the Development.

Related to Use of Assistance Funds

  • Education & Assistance Fund a. The Employer shall contribute and remit such contributions to the Union’s Education & Assistance Fund as specified in Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement.

  • EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND 18.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directive.

  • Duration of Assistance Program funds will be distributed as a one-time payment to the servicer.

  • Structure of Assistance The Program is envisioned as a revolving fund. The Program will make a five-year, non-recourse, zero-percent forgivable, non- amortizing loan in which a second lien is recorded on the property. Twenty percent of the loan will be forgiven for each year the loan is outstanding. If the property is sold or refinanced prior to the loan termination date, the Program will recover funds should sufficient equity be available from the transaction. The Program will recycle recovered funds in order to provide additional program assistance until December 31, 2017, at which time any recovered funds will be returned to Treasury.

  • PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANT As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars ($249,998). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CG10R. Once this grant amount is fully expended, the loan amount, which is part of this Project Agreement, will be drawn on for disbursing the remaining OPWC obligations contained in this Agreement. An exception applies if the loan amount is necessitated for the local share. In which case, grant and loan assistance will be disbursed concurrently. LOAN

  • Plan of Assistance a. If an educator receives an “Unsatisfactory” rating on any component on the summative evaluation, a written Notification of Unsatisfactory Performance will be provided to the educator which will include areas requiring improvement.

  • PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Sixty Thousand, Forty Dollars ($260,040).   • Disbursement of Financial Assistance Unless a different disbursement method is specified in that line of Exhibit C “Financial Assistance Award,” OHA will disburse the financial assistance awarded for A&D 82 Services provided under a particular line of the Financial Assistance Award to County in substantially equal monthly allotments during the period specified in that line of the Financial Assistance Award, subject to the following:

  • Calculation of Financial Assistance OHA will provide financial assistance to County at $834.61 per day, per authorized Individual. OHA is not obligated to pay County for expenditures beyond the limitation for the identified period of this Agreement. OHA will make monthly allotments from invoices, after XXX’s receipt, review, and approval of such invoices. All allotments made by OHA are subject to the limitation described herein.
