Common use of Use of Building Clause in Contracts

Use of Building. The Union and its representatives may have the right to use the MISD buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings provided that when special custodial service is required, the Board may make a reasonable charge therefore. No charge shall be made for use of rooms one (1) hour before the commencement of the business day

Such use will require that the Union follow the established building scheduling procedure. The administration shall not be required to open buildings on days or at times they are normally closed. The Union shall assume the liability for and hold the administration harmless for any damages resulting to persons or property from such meetings.
