Common use of Use of Building Clause in Contracts

Use of Building. The Association may use the District buildings for the purpose of having meetings and transacting Association business in accordance with established Board policy provided that such meetings and business shall not interfere with District educational programs. The Association shall reimburse the District for any extra costs resulting from such Association use of a District building. All such meetings shall be held outside the regular teacher workday.
