Use of Bulletin Boards or Mailboxes. The CFEA shall have the right to post notice of its activities and matters of CFEA concern on employee bulletin boards. The CFEA may use employee mailboxes, including electronic mailboxes, for communications to employees and may make announcements of meetings at faculty meetings with the principal’s permission.
