Use of Employees’ Mailboxes / Email. The Association may place materials into individual employees' mailboxes in school buildings and send to them emails at the District-issued email addresses; employees, however, shall have no expectation of privacy in any emails sent to/from their District- issued email address, and all emails are subject to Board policy, including, but not limited to, the Staff Technology Acceptable Use and Safety Policy.

  • Types of Employment 11.1 Employment categories Employees under this agreement will be employed in one of the following categories:

Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff. Notices of layoff shall be served on employees personally at work whenever practicable.
