Use of Equipment and Materials. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to the use of school equipment.
Use of Equipment and Materials. 8.1. The School District and the City agree that each party may use the other party's Moveable Equipment or any jointly owned equipment provided that the use is authorized by the School District and Director of Parks, Recreation & Culture. The party using the equipment shall be responsible for all liability and costs, including repair/replacement costs, associated with the use of the other party's equipment.
8.2. For after school City programs that run on a regular basis, the School District may provide limited storage to the City for its supplies/equipment, subject to availability.

The Association shall be permitted to use school typewriters, classroom computers and the district's duplicating service provided that its use does not interfere with student or official school district use and that the WEA agrees to promptly reimburse the Board for any damage which arises from misuse or abuse and to pay for all consumable materials used.

Employees covered under this agreement shall utilize protective safety equipment to include glasses, xxxxxxx, goggles, respirators, steel-toed shoes, back supports, noise suppressors, hard hats, gloves, seat belts, and such other devices as may relate to promoting safety in the performance of their job duties.
