Use of Joint Facilities. 4.1 Subject to the priority use for the East Grand Rapids Public Schools, the East Grand Rapids Public Schools commits to continue to provide, for community use, School Facilities (except Wealthy Pool) subject to, and in compliance with, the East Grand Rapids Public Schools Facility Use Policy, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, and Facility Use Scheduling, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”, and the approval of an Application for Use of School Properties form, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “C”.
