If you would like the materials/reagents/ biological agents that you bring into BUGSS to be available for the general membership’s use then we will inventory and store them, otherwise they will be marked with your name and should be stored in your personal space.

Community Use. Subject to Clauses 22.9 and 22.12, the Authority is entitled to use the Facilities during Core Times to the extent defined therein and during Additional Hours pursuant to Clause 22.13.
Community Use. Canadian ISD agrees to allow community use of the Xxxxxxx ISD facilities identified below at such times that are not disruptive to the Higgins community, and do not conflict with any use of such facilities by Canadian ISD. Canadian ISD shall allow community use of the identified facilities for 10 years (the “community use period”) and such use shall be governed by board adopted facilities use policies. The Xxxxxxx ISD facilities designated for community use, to the extent permitted by law and policy, upon consolidation are as follows: i. Multi-Purpose Building • Community members will have access from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. • Canadian ISD may install a controlled access system to increase security and monitor usage. If a controlled access system is installed, Higgins community members will be provided access compatible with the system features. • Canadian ISD may install a surveillance camera system in the common areas of the Multi-Purpose building. • A wireless guest network will be maintained for student and community use. Internet access via the guest network will be restricted by school filters to prevent access to inappropriate content. ii. Cafeteria/Kitchen - Follow procedures outlined in Canadian ISD Policy GKD(LOCAL). iii. Ag Farm - Daily access provided for students with FFA or 4-H livestock projects. iv. Administrative Office, according to the terms set out in 5.d below. Community use of other Xxxxxxx ISD facilities shall be at the discretion of the Canadian ISD Administration. Nothing herein shall prevent Canadian ISD from refusing entry to any individual who is disruptive, a danger to others or property, or as otherwise permitted by law or policy. Following the community use period, Canadian ISD may dispose of such facilities in its discretion as provided by law and Board Policy.
Community Use. Up to three (3) times in each calendar year, subject to date availability, Peregrine shall make the Stadium available for use by non-profit organizations to host Community Events. For all Community Events, Peregrine shall make the Stadium available to the non-profit organization for an amount that enables Peregrine to recover only its reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. Peregrine shall provide notice to the Neighborhood Associations and Oversight Committee in advance of any Community Event. Other community uses include free public access to the viewing plaza at SW 18th near XX Xxxxxxxx during Team Store business hours (as event schedules allow). In addition, free community tours will available to Goose Hollow Foothills League neighborhood residents. To schedule a tour, residents can call or email the Timbers Sales Team (000-000-0000 / Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx). Proof of neighborhood residency—driver license, utility bill or other documentation—is required. PSU Football. Peregrine will make the Stadium available for Portland State University football in general accordance with the Operating Agreement.

Community Use. 3.1. Holvi provides services in form of a Community that allows Users to participate in these services. These services are targeted to freelancers, sole traders, and other business owners at least 18 years of age. To login into any of the content the User shall use the email connected to Holvi account, or if the User does not have a Holvi account any email address used by the User. To see Community service the User must provide his/her username and password. Ask Me Anything -sessions with specialists from different industries will require signing in for Slack system. 3.2. Information provided by the User when signing up for the Community services, must be true, correct and complete. 3.3. The User is responsible of keeping his/her contact information and other required information correct and up to date. If the User fails to keep his/her contact information and other required information correct and up to date, Holvi shall be entitled, but not obliged, to continue using the User’s present information for all contractually relevant processes, particularly for communication to the User. Particularly, the User shall ensure that he/she is able to receive the emails sent by Holvi in full and in a timely manner. Changing the contact information shall be done via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. 3.4. Access to the Community services and, consequently, the communication with Holvi for Holvi’s services shall only possible through Holvi’s website, via the web browser of a computer with internet connection, Slack-channel and/or via email. Holvi reserves the right to provide additional access channels to the Community if it chooses (e.g. via mobile browsers). Holvi shall also be entitled to close/block access channels.
Community Use. 4.3.1 The Owner Covenants to use reasonable endeavours to enter into the Community Use Agreement with the Council as soon as reasonably practicable following the grant of the Planning Permission and in any event within 6 months following the obtaining of the necessary consents or the sale of the Development Land whichever is the latter unless a longer period is agreed in writing with the Council. 4.3.2 The Owner shall not Commence Development on the Development Land unless and until it has entered into the Community Use Agreement with the Council.
