Community Use. BUGSS is a community of individuals interested in biotechnology. If you would like the materials/reagents/ biological agents that you bring into BUGSS to be available for the general membership’s use then we will inventory and store them, otherwise they will be marked with your name and should be stored in your personal space.
Community Use. Subject to Clauses 22.9 and 22.12, the Authority is entitled to use the Facilities during Core Times to the extent defined therein and during Additional Hours pursuant to Clause 22.13.
Community Use. Canadian ISD agrees to allow community use of the Xxxxxxx ISD facilities identified below at such times that are not disruptive to the Higgins community, and do not conflict with any use of such facilities by Canadian ISD. Canadian ISD shall allow community use of the identified facilities for 10 years (the “community use period”) and such use shall be governed by board adopted facilities use policies. The Xxxxxxx ISD facilities designated for community use, to the extent permitted by law and policy, upon consolidation are as follows:
i. Multi-Purpose Building • Community members will have access from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. • Canadian ISD may install a controlled access system to increase security and monitor usage. If a controlled access system is installed, Higgins community members will be provided access compatible with the system features. • Canadian ISD may install a surveillance camera system in the common areas of the Multi-Purpose building. • A wireless guest network will be maintained for student and community use. Internet access via the guest network will be restricted by school filters to prevent access to inappropriate content.
ii. Cafeteria/Kitchen - Follow procedures outlined in Canadian ISD Policy GKD(LOCAL).
iii. Ag Farm - Daily access provided for students with FFA or 4-H livestock projects.
iv. Administrative Office, according to the terms set out in 5.d below. Community use of other Xxxxxxx ISD facilities shall be at the discretion of the Canadian ISD Administration. Nothing herein shall prevent Canadian ISD from refusing entry to any individual who is disruptive, a danger to others or property, or as otherwise permitted by law or policy. Following the community use period, Canadian ISD may dispose of such facilities in its discretion as provided by law and Board Policy.
Community Use. When used herein, “Community Use” means use of the Surfaces by the general public for cultural or recreational activities, with no scheduled or reserved time or Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx August 8, 2019 space for any specific governmental activity, and in accord with the restrictions set forth herein.
Community Use. Up to three (3) times in each calendar year, subject to date availability, Peregrine shall make the Stadium available for use by non-profit organizations to host Community Events. For all Community Events, Peregrine shall make the Stadium available to the non-profit organization for an amount that enables Peregrine to recover only its reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. Peregrine shall provide notice to the Neighborhood Associations and Oversight Committee in advance of any Community Event. Other community uses include free public access to the viewing plaza at SW 18th near XX Xxxxxxxx during Team Store business hours (as event schedules allow). In addition, free community tours will available to Goose Hollow Foothills League neighborhood residents. To schedule a tour, residents can call or email the Timbers Sales Team (000-000-0000 / Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx). Proof of neighborhood residency—driver license, utility xxxx or other documentation—is required.
Community Use. Any group not considered a school sponsored program or Town sponsored program is subject to the rules outlined in Administrative Procedure 546: Use of Division Facilities.
Community Use. YMCA recognizes the statutory and WCBE requirements for community use of public schools (N.C.G.S. 115C-203) and will collaborate with WCBE for management of use of Shared Spaces by non-school community groups, Academic Support: Create a working group of WCBE, YMCA and community representatives that provides recommendations to WCBE in the following areas: Southeast Raleigh attendance zone; school advisory board; strategic staffing; community responsive educational model; and strategic community partnerships. Facility Management: Modifications to School Portion (i.e. enhancements, modifications, renovations, or new construction) can be planned and executed with mutual agreement and written approval of YMCA. Modifications of Shared Space in YMCA Facility will be planned and executed with mutual agreement and written approval of WCBE.
Community Use. The Authority shall notify the Contractor of any planned periods of Community Use and the Area required for such use for each New Project Facility not less than one week before the commencement of each term.
Community Use. On recommendation of the Superintendent/designee, the Board shall determine when and which computer equipment, software and information access systems will be available to the community. Upon request to the Principal/designee, community members may have access to the Internet and other electronic information sources and programs available through the District’s technology system, provided they attend any required training and abide by the rules of usage established by the Superintendent/designee. Individuals who refuse to sign required acceptable use documents or who violate District rules governing the use of District technology shall be subject to loss or restriction of the privilege of using equipment, software, information access systems or other computing and telecommunications technologies. Employees and students shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination (employees) and expulsion (students) for violating this policy and acceptable use rules and regulations established by the school or District. Community Use. The layout on Map 3 shows one parcel of approximately 10 hectares proposed for expansion of future community use. This area could be considered for the development of parks, community and institutional facilities for the community now and in the future. Lands which are preserved for future community uses such as parks, library, sports facilities, schools and other institutional uses together in one central location provides an opportunity for integrated community facilities. Public spaces which were preserved during the formative period of community development has provided substantial benefit.
