Use of Leave for a District Declared Emergency. Emergency leave shall be designated by the District for it to be used. Should a school or District closure be determined, employees who are unable to work may take general leave accumulated under this section for the number of days designated as eligible by the District. This designation of emergency leave does not require preapproval.
