Use of lifts. No Owner shall allow bicycles, baby carriages or similar vehicles in the lifts unless the greatest care against damage to the lifts is exercised and the same shall not be allowed to obstruct any Common Areas and Facilities and no Owner shall use the lifts of the Building for carrying and transporting any goods or articles whatsoever which in the reasonable opinion of the Manager adversely affect the normal functioning of the lifts.
Use of lifts. (a) The Tenant shall ensure that the use of the lifts does not exceed the permissible load limits prescribed for such lifts.
(b) Where service and/or cargo lifts are available, the Tenant shall not permit or allow the contractors, workmen or cleaners (with or without equipment tools) engaged by the Tenant to use the passenger lifts of the Property and shall ensure that they use only the service and/or cargo lifts.
Use of lifts. (a) The lift shall not be used for transportation of heavy objects exceeding the design loading capacity of lifts;
(b) Drinking, eating and smoking are prohibited in the lifts;
(c) Any act of vandalism or behavior that may cause nuisance to other lift users is prohibited;
(d) Serviced elevator should be booked in advance with the Management Board or the Management Company (as the case may be) for usage; and
Use of lifts. 16.1 The Tenant shall not place nor permit to be placed into the passenger lifts any baggage, furniture, parcels, sacks, bags, heavy articles or other goods or other merchandise save only such light articles as brief-cases, attached cases and handbags and to use only the service lift prescribed by the Landlord for the transportation of furniture, goods and other heavy equipment.
16.2 The Tenant shall not permit or allow the contractors, workmen or cleaners (with or without equipment and tools) engaged by the Tenant to use the passenger lifts of the Building and to ensure that they use only the service lifts prescribed by the Landlord.
Use of lifts. 1. The Lessee is entitled to use the lifts adjacent to the lease Premises.
2. The Lessee shall not be entitled to insist on the uninterrupted availability of the lifts in the event of any disruptions. The Lessee undertakes to comply with all points of the regulations governing the use of lifts. Any repairs to the lifts must be performed as quickly as possible.
Use of lifts. 11.4.1. Passenger lifts are provided for the buildings employees and guests. They must not be used as a goods lifts for transportation of materials, etc. The transportation of such items as office equipment and machines, supplies, construction materials, etc., and access by contractors, should be undertaken in the buildings designated service lift.
Use of lifts. 9.18.1 Not to convey or carry the Tenant’s Goods or any other goods and baggage in the passenger lifts or escalators except in service lifts and any other lifts designed by the Landlord.
9.18.2 Not to deface or cause or permit any damage or deface any part of the lifts or escalators passages, escalators, staircase, landings or other part of the Mall while moving any goods or other things whatsoever and shall forthwith repair and make good such damage or defacement or pay the Landlord on demand the costs of making good such damage and/or defacement.
9.18.3 Any delivery or consignment of crate of goods in bulk having a dimensional height and width greater than 2 metres by 1.7 metres and weighing in excess of 2,000 kilograms in respect of goods lift or 1.8 metres by 1.7 metres and weighing 2,000 kilograms shall be carried out by the Tenant, its servants or agents only before 10.00 a.m. and after 10.00 p.m. in the Mall or such other hours as may be designated by the Landlord.
Use of lifts. All deliveries, removals and workmen must use only designated lifts and staircases so as not to cause any inconvenience to other occupants.
Use of lifts. Not to load or unload or receive delivery of or despatch any goods or merchandise or permit or suffer the same to be loaded unloaded delivered or despatched in any of the lifts designated from time to time by the Landlord and/or the building manager as passenger lifts.
Use of lifts. The Tenant shall not convey or carry goods and baggage in the passenger lifts or escalators but shall convey or carry them in the dedicated service lift. The Tenant shall not cause any obstruction in the entrances, staircases, landings, corridors passages or any other part of the Complex when conveying such goods and baggage. Further the Tenant shall not damage or deface any part of the Common Area including but not limited to passages lifts or escalators entrances staircases landings while moving any goods or other things whatsoever or by any means whatsoever and shall forthwith repair and make good or pay the Landlord on demand the costs of making good such damage or defacement.
