Use of Member Information. ICP shall restrict use of the Member Information ------------------------- collected through an Information Request to the Specified Purpose. In no event shall ICP (i) provide AOL Member names, screennames, addresses or other identifying information ("Member Information") to any third party (except to the extent specifically (a) permitted under the AOL Privacy Policies or (b) authorized by the AOL Members in question) or (ii) otherwise use any Member Information in contravention of the above section regarding "Solicitation of Members."
Use of Member Information. Member hereby grants Launch a limited license without additional consideration during the Term of this Agreement for the use of Member’s name, image and likeness, trademark, tradename, industry, title, and URL for listing in Launch’s public membership directory for any promotional purposes of Launch reserves the right at all times to disclose any information about Member or Member’s use of the Premises, as Launch deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
Use of Member Information. The PEAK Grantmaking Member Directory shall be used for individual, personal and confidential reference purposes only. The Directory and the contents thereof are proprietary products of PEAK Grantmaking. The contents of the Directory may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced; copied; disseminated; entered into a computer database; used as part of or in connection with the preparation, revision or confirmation of a mailing, telephone, fax, e-mail, or other marketing list; or otherwise utilized in any form or manner or by any means, except for the user's individual, personal and confidential reference. Contained therein are the names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and contact persons of PEAK Grantmaking members as of the date of access. Their presence in the Directory represents only that these individuals are members in good standing of PEAK Grantmaking; it does not represent their consent to receive any marketing or related communications.
Use of Member Information. FLOWERS shall restrict use of the Member Information collected through an Information Request to the Specified Purpose. In no event shall FLOWERS (i) provide AOL Member names, screennames, addresses or other identifying information (excluding any such information (e.g., name) that was received by FLOWERS from an AOL Member via another FLOWERS sales channel and was not overlaid against or otherwise derived from other information received from such member via the AOL Service or the Online Area) ("Member Information") to any third party (except to the extent specifically (a) permitted under the AOL Privacy Policies or (b) authorized by the members in question), (ii) rent, sell or barter Member Information, (iii) identify, promote or otherwise disclose AOL Member names, screennames, addresses or other identifying information in a manner that identifies AOL Members as end-users of the AOL Network or (iv) otherwise use any Member Information in contravention of Section 7.1 above.
Use of Member Information. 1 The Member-related information that is acquired by the Parties in connection with the Service (Member Information, purchase history, server communication logs, etc.) shall be handled in accordance with the Tokaido Sanyo Kyushu Shinkansen Internet Reservation Service Privacy Policy, and applicable supplements.
Use of Member Information. I understand it is my responsibility to provide updated and current contact information for two people at my foundation, the executive director and another person (staff or volunteer leader). I understand that any contact lists generated with member information are for the exclusive, internal use of Consortium staff, members, independent contractors, interns and consultants and may not be exchanged, sold, lent, given or bartered to any other person, company or organization except as provided by this policy.
Use of Member Information. Infonautics shall restrict use of the Member Information collected through an Information Request to the Specified Purpose. In no event shall Infonautics (i) provide Member Information to any third party (except to the extent specifically (a) permitted under the AOL Privacy Policies or (b) expressly authorized by the AOL Members in question); (ii) rent, sell or barter Member Information, (iii) identify, promote or otherwise disclose Member Information in a manner that identifies AOL Members as end-users of the AOL Network or (iv) otherwise use any Member Information in contravention of the provisions of this Section V.
Use of Member Information. Information Provider shall restrict use of the Member Information collected through an Information Request to the Specified Purpose. In no event shall Information Provider (i) provide AOL Member or GNN Member names, screen names, addresses or other identifying information ("Member Information") to any third party in a manner which identifies AOL Members or GNN Members as subscribers to AOL, an online service or the equivalent or (ii) otherwise use any Member Information in contravention of Section 6.1 above.

In no event shall ***** (i) provide names, screennames, addresses or other identifying information ("Member Information") to any third party (except to the extent specifically (a) permitted under the Privacy Policies or applicable Membership or Subscription Agreements or (b) authorized by the AOL Members ***** in question) or (ii) otherwise use any Member Information in contravention of the above section regarding "Solicitation of Members."
Use of Member Information. POC shall restrict use of the Member Information collected through an Information Request to the Specified Purpose. In no event shall POC (i) provide CompuServe Member names, screennames, addresses or other identifying information ("Member Information") to any third party (except to the extent specifically (a) permitted under the Applicable Privacy Policies or (b) authorized by the CompuServe Members in question) or (ii) otherwise use any Member Information in contravention of the above section regarding "Solicitation of Members."
