Use of Our. PLATFORM Maia is intended only to allow therapists to communicate with and solicit health information and responses to questions and other interactive prompts (“Communications Data”) from their patients (either directly or by use of automated ‘bot’ functionality) in between therapy sessions and to alert therapists when specified keywords are used in such responses or other criteria are met. Maia may also create and display reports which associate Communications Data with other data to provide additional insights and analysis. You may not access or use Maia for any other purpose. Maia is not intended to diagnose any medical condition, provide decision support algorithms, or automatically alert healthcare professionals or patients to potentially serious medical conditions. You are solely responsible for any Communications Data or other information recorded and stored by you on Maia. Access to Maia is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide without notice. We will not, and neither will any of our partners, be liable if for any reason Maia is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may make some parts of Maia available only to Users who have registered an account with us. You may be required to register an account with us and submit certain personal data to access certain parts of Maia. You must be eighteen (18) years or over in order to use Maia and its services. We do not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 13.
Use of Our club 8.1 Membership grants access for all named members to all b_together Clubs across the UK and internationally, subject to prior agreement by the local club team. 8.2 Access to the Clubs is only permitted during operational hours of each respective club, and these times may vary from time to time. 8.3 Family club membership allows access for up to 6 named members of your family. Each Member as part of their membership will be entitled to bring their spouse, children, grandparents & guardians.

  • Use of Logos The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

  • Use of the Software licensed hereunder may require third party software or hardware (including but limited to databases, operating systems and servers). Unless specifically licensed in the Master Agreement, this Agreement does not contain a license to use such additional materials.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of websites (a) The Borrower may satisfy its obligation to deliver any public information to the Lenders by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent (the “Designated Website”) by notifying the Administrative Agent (i) of the address of the website together with any relevant password specifications and (ii) that such information has been posted on the website; provided, that in any event the Borrower shall supply the Administrative Agent with one copy in paper form of any information which is posted onto the website. (b) The Administrative Agent shall supply each Lender with the address of and any relevant password specifications for the Designated Website following designation of that website by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent. (c) The Borrower shall promptly upon becoming aware of its occurrence notify the Administrative Agent if: (i) the Designated Website cannot be accessed due to technical failure; (ii) the password specifications for the Designated Website change; (iii) any new information which is required to be provided under this Agreement is posted onto the Designated Website; (iv) any existing information which has been provided under this Agreement and posted onto the Designated Website is amended; or (v) the Borrower becomes aware that the Designated Website or any information posted onto the Designated Website is or has been infected by any electronic virus or similar software. If the Borrower notifies the Administrative Agent under Section 5.3(c)(i) or Section 5.3(c)(v) above, all information to be provided by the Borrower under this Agreement after the date of that notice shall be supplied in paper form unless and until the Administrative Agent is satisfied that the circumstances giving rise to the notification are no longer continuing.

  • Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2. There will be one (1) bulletin board in each school building, which will be placed in the faculty lounge, for the purpose of displaying professional notices, circulars, and other Association material. Copies of all such material will be given to the building principal, but his advance approval will not be required.

  • Use of Vehicles Use or authorize the Vehicles to be used in any manner (i) that would make such Vehicles that are Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase or sale under the applicable Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.

  • Use of Data (a) In connection with the provision of the services and the discharge of its other obligations under this Agreement, State Street (which term for purposes of this Section XXIX includes each of its parent company, branches and affiliates (''Affiliates")) may collect and store information regarding a Trust and share such information with its Affiliates, agents and service providers in order and to the extent reasonably necessary (i) to carry out the provision of services contemplated under this Agreement and other agreements between the Trusts and State Street or any of its Affiliates and (ii) to carry out management of its businesses, including, but not limited to, financial and operational management and reporting, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance and client service management.

  • Use of Space The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.
