Common use of Use of Personal Time Clause in Contracts

Use of Personal Time. Personal time off shall be scheduled in advance with the approval of the Fire Chief, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Personal time may be requested to be taken in multiples of one (1) hour. Personal time is not cumulative from year to year and shall be taken during the calendar year in which it is credited, and personal time not so taken shall be forfeited without payment or compensation.

Use of Personal Time. Personal time off shall be scheduled taken at such time or times at the sole and absolute discretion of and as may be approved in advance with the approval of by the Fire Chief, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Personal time use may be requested to be taken approved in multiples increments of one no less than two (12) hourconsecutive hours per tour of duty. Personal time is not cumulative from year to year and shall be taken during the calendar year in which it is credited, and personal time not so taken shall be forfeited without payment or compensationcompensation therefor.
