Use of Room. The Resident acknowledges and agrees that the Resident must:
a. only use the Room as a private residence;
b. not assign, sub-let or part with possession of the Room to any person, cohabitate with a partner, or allow any person that is not approved by the Manager to stay in the Room at any time, and:

Use of Room. The Student agrees that the room assigned shall be used solely as a personal residence related to the Student’s enrollment at Purdue University Northwest and, in no event, shall the Student conduct any commercial activity from the Student’s room or other HRE facilities. The Student agrees to keep the assigned room sanitary and safe at all times. The Student agrees to pay a reasonable cleaning fee if the Student fails to clean the assigned room after reasonable notice of the need to do so from HRE. If the Student’s housing assignment includes a roommate or roommates, the Student agrees to refrain from behavior that makes the room inhospitable to the roommate or roommates. The assigned room shall be occupied only by students to which the room is assigned. Occupancy by individuals to whom the room is not assigned for more than three
Use of Room. The Resident acknowledges and agrees that the Resident must:
a. only use the Room as a private residence;
b. not assign, sub-let or part with possession of the Room to any person, cohabitate with a partner, or allow any person that is not approved by the Manager to stay in the Room at any time, and:
(i) if the Manager does approve an additional occupant, the Resident must pay to the Manager the Guest Fee set out in Attachment 1; and
(ii) if the Manager does not approve an additional occupant, the Resident must:
A. immediately arrange for that person to leave and for that person to stop using or occupying the Room; and
B. pay to the Manager the Unauthorised Guest Fee set out in Attachment 1 in respect of the period of unauthorized use or occupation of the Room by that person;
c. not use the Room or the Apartment for any immoral or illegal use or in conjunction with any form of commercial activity (as determined by the Manager, acting reasonably);
d. not allow any visitor or any other person to enter and/or remain in the Accommodation unless with the permission of the Resident and must ensure that all visitors comply with the terms of this agreement; and
e. pay for any damage (including cleaning required) to the Accommodation caused or contributed to by the Resident, any visitor or any other person at the Accommodation, with the Resident’s express or implied permission.
Use of Room. The Student agrees that the room assigned shall be used solely as a personal residence related to the Student’s enrollment at Purdue University Northwest and, in no event, shall the Student conduct any commercial activity. If the Student’s housing assignment includes a suitemate or suitemates, the Student agrees to refrain from behavior that makes the room inhospitable to the suitemate or suitemates. The assigned room shall be occupied only by students to which the room is assigned. Occupancy for more than three (3) consecutive nights more than once per calendar month by any other person, shall constitute a breach of this contract. Furniture shall not be removed from the assigned room without prior approval. HRE reserves the right to enter the Student’s room for routine maintenance, health and safety inspections, and for emergency purposes consistent with the Student’s constitutional right to be free of unreasonable search and seizure. The Student agrees to be responsible for all damage to University property in the Student’s room. Additionally, the Student agrees that HRE may assess a general breakage charge for damage to common areas in cases where the identity of the responsible individual is not known. The Student agrees that a general breakage fee may be assessed to a floor, unit, wing or the entire housing unit to which the Student is assigned.
Use of Room. The room is to be occupied by the student signing the housing agreement and may not be sublet. It is understood that rooms are for student residence purposes only and that no occupant is to use or permit.

Use of Room. The Resident acknowledges and agrees that the Resident must:
5.1. only use the Room exclusively as a private residence;
5.2. not assign, sub-let or part with possession of the Room to any person, cohabitate with a partner (unless agreed with UniLodge for room types that are for the use of couples), or allow any person that is not approved by UniLodge to stay in the Room at any time, and:
5.2.1. if Unilodge does approve an additional occupant, the Resident must pay UniLodge the Guest Fee set out in Attachment 1; and
5.2.2. if UniLodge does not approve a person as an additional occupant, and an additional occupant has been residing in the Room, the Resident must:
5.2.2.1. immediately arrange for that person to leave and cease to cohabitate with the Resident and use or occupy the Room; and
5.2.2.2. pay to UniLodge the Guest Fee set out in Attachment 1 in respect of the period of unauthorised use or occupation of the Room by that person;
5.3. not use the Room for any immoral or illegal use or in conjunction with any form of commercial activity (as determined by UniLodge);
5.4. not allow any visitor or any other person to enter and/or remain in the Accommodation unless with the permission of the Resident and must ensure that all visitors comply with the terms of this agreement, as well as associated residential rules; and
5.5. pay for any damage (including cleaning required throughout the contracted dates) to the Accommodation caused or contributed to by the Resident, any visitor or any other person attending the Accommodation with the Resident’s express or implied permission.
Use of Room. 3.1 The Room may be used for residential purposes only and may not be occupied by more than one person other than as provided for herein. No visitor is permitted to sleep over in the Room.
3.2 The Resident may not use the Room for any unlawful or improper purpose or in any way which unreasonably interferes with or disturbs any other Resident, or in any way which creates a nuisance.
3.3 Residents must respect the privacy and property of all Residents at all times.
3.4 No Room may be used for the sale or distribution of any item or for the conduct of any business.
3.5 No fixture or fitting in the Room may be removed from the Room. In the event of any loss of or damage to any fixture or fitting, the Resident shall be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing such missing or damaged item.
3.6 Residents shall maintain and keep their rooms in a clean, orderly and hygienic condition at all times. The Resident shall regularly dispose of all refuse which accumulates in the Room by placing such refuse in approved bags in the bins provided for this purpose. The Resident shall be entitled to use the services of the Company’s cleaning staff for which an additional charge will be levied.
3.7 Should any part of the Room become defective, the Resident shall immediately advise the Company of such problem.
3.8 The Resident may not sub-let or otherwise part with possession of the Room or permit any other person to occupy the Room.
