Use of Seal. The Directors may determine that the Company shall have a Seal, and if they so determine, shall provide for the safe custody of the Seal. The Seal shall only be used by the authority of the Directors and in the presence of a Director or the Secretary or such other person as the Directors may by resolution appoint for this purpose, and every instrument to which the Seal affixed shall be signed by the relevant person. Notwithstanding the above, annual returns and notices filed under the Law may be executed either as a deed or under Seal and in either case without the need for the authority of a resolution of the Directors.
Use of Seal. The Manufacturer agrees to display the Institute Seal of Validation on the product data sheet(s) as soon after validation as reasonably possible but, in any case, no later than one year after validation. The Manufacturer agrees to alter its Web site resources relative to the validated product(s) as soon as reasonably possible but, in any case, no later than six (6) months after validation. Manufacturer further agrees that the Seal of Validation may be affixed to any other printed product offering(s) relative to the validated product(s) and that any replication must be unaltered in any way from the original Seal of Validation. Noncompliance could result in withdrawal of the Seal of Validation (see item 9). Upon expiration of validation and if the validated product has not been revalidated, the Manufacturer shall immediately remove the Seal from its web site and shall also remove the Seal from all printed material including, but not limited to product data sheets and product labels no later than one (1) year from the expiration date of validation.
Use of Seal. The Directors shall ensure that the Seal shall be used only by the authority of the Directors or of a committee authorised by the Directors.

Use of Seal. 117.1 The Seal shall only be used by the authority of the Board or of a committee authorised by the Board in that behalf and, unless otherwise decided by the Board or any such committee, any document to which the Seal is applied must also be signed by at least one authorised person in the presence of a witness who attests the signature. For the purposes of this Article, an authorised person is any Director, the Company Secretary or any person authorised by the Board or such committee for the purpose of signing documents to which the Seal is applied.
Use of Seal. The certificate of proof or acknowledgment may be given under seal or otherwise, according to the mode by which the officer making the same usually authenticates the officer’s formal acts. Use of Seal. The certificate of proof or acknowledgment may be given under seal or otherwise, according to the mode by which the officer making the same usually authenticates the officer’s formal acts. Use of Seal. Except as provided in Articles 24.3 and 24.4, the seal must not be impressed on any record except when that impression is attested by the signature or signatures of the required Authorized Signatories.
Use of Seal. All final plans, documents, reports, studies, and other data prepared by the Consultant shall bear the professional’s seal and signature in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia or guidelines published by the State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, where applicable.
Use of Seal. The corporate seal may be used by causing it or a facsimile thereof to be impressed or affixed or reproduced in any manner.
