Use of this Handbook. These procedures will be amended or updated to take into account experiences, legislative changes or new technology, and reissued as required. Any updates will be advised via email. The most recent version of these procedures shall always be the copy displayed in Tasman. It should be used as a constant source of reference and authority during the administration of examinations, particularly when abnormal occurrences arise to ensure that recommended courses of action are taken. If there are any queries relating to the contents of these procedures, Invigilators should contact Aspeq Head Office on the freephone or via the Tasman message system.

  • Employee Handbook (A) If the Contractor has an employee handbook, the Contractor shall include the following information:

  • Use of Third Parties Except as may be expressly agreed to in writing by the State Entity, Contractor shall not subcontract, assign, delegate or otherwise permit anyone other than Contractor or Contractor's personnel to perform any of Contractor's obligations under this Contract or any of the work subsequently assigned under this Contract. No subcontract which Contractor enters into with respect to performance of obligations or work assigned under the Contract shall in any way relieve Contractor of any responsibility, obligation or liability under this Contract and for the acts and omissions of all subcontractors, agents, and employees. All restrictions, obligations and responsibilities of the Contractor under the Contract shall also apply to the subcontractors. Any contract with a subcontractor must also preserve the rights of the State Entity. The State Entity shall have the right to request the removal of a subcontractor from the Contract for good cause.

  • Handbook A. The Contractor shall provide beneficiaries with a copy of the handbook and provider directory when the beneficiary first accesses services and thereafter upon request. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, § 1810.360.)

  • Use of Vacation 23.2.2.1 Academic staff members may use vacation at times approved by the Xxxx which shall not interfere with the operation of the College. Except under unusual circumstances, members shall not be permitted to use vacation during a period of time when they are engaged in the instructional process, including the supervision and grading of exams.   • Use of Terms The terms “affiliated person,” “interested persons,” “assignment,” and “majority of the outstanding voting securities,” as used herein, shall have the same meanings as in the 1940 Act and any applicable regulations thereunder.

  • Use of the Card 1. The Cardmember must sign the Card in ink, using a ball point pen, as soon as he or she receives it; the Cardmember must also safeguard the Card and preserve any PIN in extreme secrecy and keep it separate from his or her Card. The Cardmember must not use the Card after the expiration of the validity period embossed on it, and not use the Card after it has been damaged, withdrawn or cancelled.

  • Operations Manual The Franchisor agrees to loan to the Franchisee one or more manuals, technical bulletins, cookbooks and recipes and other written materials (collectively referred to as “Operations Manual”) covering Factory Candy ordering, Store Candy manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques for the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store. The Franchisee agrees that it shall comply with the Operations Manual as an essential aspect of its obligations under this Agreement, that the Operations Manual shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and failure by the Franchisee to substantially comply with the Operations Manual may be considered by the Franchisor to be a breach of this Agreement.

  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.
