Use Verification. During the Subscription Term, PROS will have the right, at its own expense, to monitor the use of the Subscription Service for purposes of measuring and reporting on usage, and Customer will respond to any reasonable inquiries from PROS to assess the Scope.
Use Verification. ServiceNow or Reseller may remotely review Customer’s use of the Subscription Service, and on ServiceNow or Reseller’s written request, Customer will provide reasonable assistance to verify Customer’s compliance with the Agreement, and access to and use of the Subscription Service. If ServiceNow or Reseller determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted access and use rights to the Subscription Service, ServiceNow will notify Customer and within 30 days thereafter Customer shall either: (a) disable any unpermitted use, or (b) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with Customer’s actual use.
Use Verification. PROS may monitor use of the Subscription Service to verify compliance with Scope, and to report on User adoption and SLA compliance. Customer will respond to any reasonable inquiries from PROS to assess the Scope.

Use Verification. MobiChord may verify Customer’s compliance with the Agreement. If MobiChord determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted use of the Subscription Service, then MobiChord will notify Customer and within thirty (30) days thereafter Customer shall either: (i) disable any unpermitted use or (ii) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with Customer’s actual use.
Use Verification. ServiceNow may remotely review the scope of Customer’s use of the Subscription Service, and on ServiceNow or Reseller’s written request, Customer will provide reasonable assistance to verify Customer’s compliance with the Agreement with respect to access to and use of the Subscription Service. If ServiceNow determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted access and use rights to the Subscription Service, ServiceNow will notify Customer and Customer will, within 30 days, either: (1) disable any unpermitted use; or (2) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with Customer’s actual use. If Customer fails to regain compliance within such thirty 30-day period ServiceNow may suspend Customer’s use of the Subscription Service or terminate this Agreement for cause in accordance with Section 10, in addition to any other available rights or remedies.
Use Verification. Continuity or Reseller may remotely review Customer’s use of the Subscription Service, and on Continuity or Reseller’s written request, Customer will provide reasonable assistance to verify Customer’s compliance with the Agreement, and access to and use of the Subscription Service. If Continuity or Reseller determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted access and use rights to the Subscription Service, Continuity will notify Customer and within 30 days thereafter Customer shall either: (a) disable any unpermitted use, or (b) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with Customer’s actual use.
Use Verification. Cribl may remotely review the scope of Customer’s use of the Cloud Subscription Services, and on Cribl’s written request, Customer will provide reasonable assistance to verify its compliance with the Agreement or an applicable Order Form with respect to access to and use of the Cloud Subscription Services. If Cribl determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted access and use rights to the Cloud Subscription Services, Cribl will notify Customer and Customer will, within 30 days, either: (a) disable any unpermitted use; or (b) purchase additional use rights commensurate with its actual use pursuant to a mutually executed Order Form. If Customer remains non-compliant after such 30 days, Cribl may suspend Customer’s use of the Cloud Subscription Services or terminate the Agreement for material breach, in addition to any other available rights and remedies at law, equity, or otherwise.
Use Verification. | Cutover may remotely review Customer’s use of the Subscription Service and, on Cutover’s written request, Customer will provide reasonable assistance to verify Customer’s and its Users’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement. If Cutover determines that Customer has exceeded its purchased Subscription Limits or other access and use rights, Cutover will notify Customer and within ten (10) days of a notice to do so, Customer shall either: (i) disable any unpermitted use, or (ii) purchase additional Subscription Limits or other add-ons to the Cutover Services commensurate with Customer’s actual use. If Customer fails to comply within the stated timeframe, Cutover shall be entitled to immediately disable the unpermitted use over and above the purchased Subscription Limits or other access and use rights, and shall have no liability to Customer under this Agreement or otherwise for such actions. Disablement will occur on the basis of “last in, first out” in terms of the removal of User logins, runbooks, workspaces and other Subscription Limits, access and use rights.
Use Verification. Assimil8 may remotely review your use of the Subscription Service, and on Assimil8’s written request, you will provide reasonable assistance to verify your compliance with the Agreement, and access to and use of the Subscription Service. If Assimil8 determines that you have exceeded your permitted access and use rights to the Subscription Service, Assimil8 will notify you and within 30 days thereafter you shall either:
(a) disable any unpermitted use, or (b) purchase additional subscriptions commensurate with your actual use.
