Compliance with School Policies. I/we agree on behalf of ourselves and the Student to comply with and be subject to the School’s rules and policies as set forth in the Student Handbook, and all other Pingry policies, procedures, rules and standards of academic and social behavior as created and modified from time to time including but not limited to the Pingry Honor Code. The School reserves the right in the sole discretion of the Headmaster or his/her designee to remove, suspend, dismiss or otherwise discipline any student whose performance, conduct or attendance is found unsatisfactory or who does not meet the behavioral and/or academic standards of the School, or whose conduct at any time or place interferes with the School program or operations or brings discredit to the School. I/we acknowledge that the School may take all action necessary to ensure the operation of the School in all matters as it may apply to the Student. A positive and constructive relationship between the School and me/us or other adults interacting with the School and/or School community by virtue of their relationship with the Student is essential to the mission of the School. Thus, if the behavior, communication, or interaction on or off campus (including during School- sponsored events) of me/us or other adults interacting with the School and/or School community by virtue of their relationship with the Student is disruptive, intimidating, overly aggressive, or reflects a loss of confidence or serious disagreement with Pingry’s policies, procedures, responsibilities, or standards, or accomplishment of its educational purpose or program, I/we understand and agree that the School has the right to dismiss the Student and/or the Student’s family from the School community. In addition, I/we understand and agree that the School has the right to place restrictions on that party’s involvement with or activity at Pingry, on Pingry property, or at Pingry-related events if the party engages in behavior that Pingry determines in its sole discretion to warrant such a restriction. Admission or re-enrollment for the School Year shall be conditioned upon Student’s satisfactory completion of the current school year, School’s receipt of any legally required immunization documentation and my/our payment of any outstanding balances due to the School for the Student and/or any other students for whom I/we have financial responsibility. Compliance with School Policies. I have received and read a copy of all School policies and/or rules regarding the confidentiality of any School information, specifically including any confidential student or personnel information and I agree to comply with all such policies and rules.
Compliance with School Policies. I will abide by the terms of this Agreement and all policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and guidelines of King’s Schools (School Policies), including those contained in the parent handbook and the schedules of tuition, fees, and other charges of King’s Schools. King’s Schools has the right to add to or change its School Policies at any time, in its sole discretion. If I am married, I will inform my spouse of our obligations under this Agreement and the School Policies. If I am divorced and my former spouse has any right to make educational decisions for my child, I will inform my former spouse of the obligations under this Agreement and the School Policies. Breach of the terms of this Agreement or any School Policies by my spouse will be deemed a breach by me. Breach of the terms of this Agreement or any School Policies by my former spouse may be deemed a breach by me, in the sole discretion of King’s Schools.
Compliance with School Policies. The City agrees that the SRO(s) it assigns to the District under this Contract will abide by District policies which are applicable to the performance of services under this Contract, including but not limited to policies pertinent to: ● The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”); ● Non-discrimination; ● Sexual harassment; ● Confidentiality of student records and student record information; ● Administration of medication to pupils; ● Communicable diseases; ● Alcohol/controlled substance possession and use; ● Copyright; and ● Emergency Procedures (fire drills, evacuations). At the inception of this Contract, a copy of the above policies will be provided to the City by the District. The City and the District will cooperate in orienting the City’s employees to the above policies.
