Client’s privacy policy should also include information about User options for cookie management. Client will provide to Synacor a copy of its privacy policy for reference. Synacor will review Client’s privacy policy in effect as of the Effective Date for the purpose of verifying that the foregoing requirements are included.

Prior to the Commercial Launch Date, Synacor shall revise its public-facing privacy policy to accurately describe the collection and use of data by Synacor and its partners and agents, and Synacor shall provide Client a copy of such revised policy for review prior to making such policy effective. Synacor shall take into consideration Client suggestions for revising the policy, and shall not unreasonably disregard such suggestions. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED

Client’s privacy policy should also include information about how Users can manage cookies. Synacor, in addition to other provisions in the Agreement, agrees that its advertising sales and operations will conform to Client’s Standards and Policies set forth in Attachments A, B and C to this Schedule D.   • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

  • Security and Safeguarding Information (a) Confidential Information that contains Non-Public Personal Information about customers is subject to the protections created by the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999 (the “Act”) and under the standards for safeguarding Confidential Information, 16 CFR Part 314 (2002) adopted by Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) (the “Safeguards Rule”). Additionally, state specific laws may regulate how certain confidential or personal information is safeguarded. The parties agree with respect to the Non-Public Personal Information to take all appropriate measures in accordance with the Act, and any state specific laws, as are necessary to protect the security of the Non-Public Personal Information and to specifically assure there is no disclosure of the Non-Public Personal Information other than as authorized under the Act, and any state specific laws, and this Agreement. With respect to Confidential Information, including Non-Public Personal Information and Personally Identifiable Financial Information as applicable, each of the parties agrees that:

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (100% Headline Billing) A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.

  • Customer Information CPNI of a Customer and any other non-public, individually identifiable information about a Customer or the purchase by a Customer of the services or products of a Party.

  • License; Use Upon delivery to an Authorized Person or a person reasonably believed by Custodian to be an Authorized Person of the Fund of software enabling the Fund to obtain access to the System (the “Software”), Custodian grants to the Fund a personal, nontransferable and nonexclusive license to use the Software solely for the purpose of transmitting Written Instructions, receiving reports, making inquiries or otherwise communicating with Custodian in connection with the Account(s). The Fund shall use the Software solely for its own internal and proper business purposes and not in the operation of a service bureau. The Fund further acknowledges that all or a part of the Software may be copyrighted or trademarked (or a registration or claim made therefor) by Custodian or its suppliers. The Fund shall not take any action with respect tot the Software inconsistent with the foregoing acknowledgement, nor shall the Fund attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or modify the Software. The Fund may not xxx, sell, lease or provide, directly or indirectly, any of the Software of any portion thereof to any other person or entity without Custodian’s prior written consent. The Fund may not remove any statutory copyright notice or other notice included in the Software or on any media containing the Software. The Fund shall reproduce any such notice on any reproduction of the Software and shall add any statutory copyright notice or other notice to the Software or media upon Custodian’s request.

  • Advertising Materials 1. Open Ecosystem Partner may add its own material to the information supplied by either indirectly by Distributor or directly by SAP, solely for the purposes of Open Ecosystem Partner's own marketing activities. Any material which is added must be clearly marked as Open Ecosystem Partner's material.

  • Research Records Each Party shall maintain records of each Research Program (or cause such records to be maintained) in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner as will properly reflect all work done and results achieved by or on behalf of such Party in the performance of such Research Program. All laboratory notebooks shall be maintained for no less than the term of any Patent issuing therefrom. All other records shall be maintained by each Party during the relevant Research Term and for [**] thereafter. All such records of a Party shall be considered such Party’s Confidential Information.

  • Information Technology The following applies to all contracts for information technology commodities and contractual services. “Information technology” is defined in section 287.012(15), F.S., to have the same meaning as provided in section 282.0041, F.S.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.
