Utilities, Taxes and Assessments. (a) Lessee is solely responsible for obtaining all utilities and paying all taxes, fees and assessments for the Premises or Improvements located thereon. Lessee shall promptly pay, and discharge prior to delinquency, any and all charges for services or utilities and all taxes, fees and assessments furnished to or due on the Premises or Improvements located thereon, or occupants thereof.
(b) Lessor hereby gives notice to Lessee, pursuant to Revenue and Tax Code Section 107.6 that this Agreement may create a possessory interest that is the subject of property taxes levied on such interest, the payment of which taxes shall be the sole obligation of Lessee. Lessee shall advise in writing any sublessee, licensee, concessionaire or third party using the Premises of the requirements of Section 107.6.
(c) Any payments under this Section shall not reduce or offset Rent payments. Lessor has no liability for such payments.
Utilities, Taxes and Assessments. OHA agrees to hold Lessee harmless from payment of any and all taxes and assessments levied against the property. OHA shall be responsible for the cost of all utilities and shall insure that sufficient services are available for workers housed on the property.
Utilities, Taxes and Assessments. 4.1 Utilities Tenant shall pay when due all charges for light, heat, water, garbage collection, janitorial service, sewer disposal, monthly alarm monitoring fee, phone, or other utilities of any kind furnished to the Premises. Tenant shall be responsible to contact all utility companies furnishing utilities to said premises and have said utilities placed in Tenant’s name upon the lease commencement date or occupancy whichever occurs sooner. If any utility services are provided by or through Landlord, charges to Tenant shall be comparable with prevailing rates for comparable services. If Landlord receives and pays bills for any utilities furnished to the Premises, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand.

13.1 Utilities{ TC “Utilities” \f C \l “2” }. Licensee shall procure from the SFPUC at Licensee’s expense the electrical power necessary or appropriate for Licensee’s use of the License Area. When reviewing each Pole License application, the SFPUC will provide current standards for electrical service connections, which will be deemed attached to each applicable Pole License as Exhibit A-6 when approved.
