Condominium Assessments. Notwithstanding Borrower’s payment of annual assessments or special assessments levied under the terms of the Condominium Documents to provide any repairs to or maintenance of any of the common elements, Borrower shall deposit any Initial Replacement Reserve Deposit, Repairs Deposit and Monthly Replacement Reserve Deposit required pursuant to the terms of this Master Agreement.
Condominium Assessments. Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to it that all Unit Owners Expenses (as defined in the Condominium Declaration) payable by FC Member to date have been paid;
Condominium Assessments. I will pay all Condominium Assessments imposed by the Condominium Association.
Condominium Assessments. 5.1 Purchaser is obligated and agrees to pay monthly his or her Unit's Percentage Interest of the Common Expenses of the Condominium, as set forth in the Declaration. Seller's estimate of the monthly Condominium fee is $ for the Unit. Additionally, each owner of a Limited Common Element Parking Space will be charged initially a monthly fee of $25.00, such fees being subject to the same annual increases as the Condominium fees for the Units. The aforementioned fees are only estimates and are not guaranteed by Seller.
Condominium Assessments. All condominium assessments shall be prorated as of the Initial Closing Date and any condominium funds held by Seller on behalf of the condominium association shall be transferred to Buyer.

Notwithstanding Borrower’s payment of annual assessments or special assessments levied under the terms of the Prairie Hills at Clinton Condominium Documents to provide any repairs to or maintenance of any of the common elements, Borrower shall deposit any Initial Replacement Reserve Deposit, Repairs Deposit and Monthly Replacement Reserve Deposit required pursuant to the terms of this Master Agreement.
Condominium Assessments. The Condominum Association shall file a lien against any of the Property for unpaid Condominium Assessments.
Condominium Assessments. The Buyer acknowledges that by settling and closing on the purchase of the unit, Buyer shall become a member of Unit Owners’ Association (the "Association") and agrees to pay all regular and special assessments and dues imposed by the Association as they become due. Buyer agrees and acknowledges that the assessment is due on the first day of each calendar month and that the monthly assessment is projected to be $ per month, payable to the order of the Association. By membership in the Association, the Buyer shall have the right to use and enjoy the Common Elements of the Condominium in accordance with the Condominium Instruments. Buyer covenants and agrees to be bound by the Declaration, the Plats and the Plans, the Bylaws, and any rules and regulations of the Condominium, by any amendments thereto, and by any additional covenants, conditions and restrictions of record.
