Utility Coordination. The Owner AGREES to coordinate the design for the installation of utility plans within the Plan of Subdivision and has produced a Composite Utility Plan (Schedule “H”) to the satisfaction of the City’s Engineering and Corporate Assets Department and the necessary utility authorities prior to the issuance of any Building Permits within the Plan of Subdivision. The Composite Utility Plan shall contain the plans required for the installation of primary and secondary electricity, telecommunication, street lighting, and/or gas services as available.
