Utility Adjustment Coordination. Utility Adjustment Coordination shall include utility coordination meetings with individual utility companies, communication and coordination with utilities, and preparation of utility agreement assemblies including utility agreements, joint use agreements, and advanced funding agreements.
Utility Adjustment Coordination. Utility Adjustment Coordination activities include, but are not limited to, meeting and contact with utilities on the project, initial project notifications, providing progress reports, preparation of contact lists, preparation of master utility agreements, assistance with permits, reviewing conflicts between the utilities and the Project, resolutions of utility conflicts, creating a utility tracking report, review of the proposed utility adjustments, and recommending the proposed locations of the utility adjustments. The above list of services is general in nature and should not be considered inclusive to the Utility Coordinator’s responsibilities, as listed in the following scope.

3.1. Utility Coordinator shall perform utility coordination and liaison activities with involved utility owners, their consultants, Designated Representative, and the County to achieve timely project notifications, formal coordination meetings, conflict analysis and resolution.
3.2. Utility Coordinator shall coordinate all activities with the County and/or Designated Representative to facilitate the orderly progress and timely completion of the utility coordination phase. The Utility Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
3.2.1. Initial Project Meeting Attend an initial meeting with county or designated representative, after on-site inspection (when appropriate), to ensure familiarity with existing conditions, governing utility criteria for the project, project requirements or concerns and/or critical deadlines. The Utility Coordinator will prepare a written report of the meeting.
Utility Adjustment Coordination. 1. Utility Coordination The Engineer will obtain existing utility layouts (SUE) and information from the Client. The Client shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the existing utility layouts (SUE) that is provided to the Engineer. The Engineer shall identify potential conflicts and attempt to minimize the potential adverse utility impacts in the preparation of the PS&E design. The Engineer shall create and maintain a utility conflict matrix through the duration of the contract identifying potential known conflicts.

Utility Adjustment Coordination. Includes utility coordination meetings with individual utility companies, communication and coordination with utilities, and preparation of utility agreement assemblies including utility agreements, joint use agreements, and advanced funding agreements.
3.1. The Utility Coordinator shall perform utility coordination and liaison activities with involved utility owners, their consultants, and the State to achieve timely project notifications, formal coordination meetings, conflict analysis and resolution. The Utility Coordinator shall act as the “Responsible Party” as indicated in the State’s– Utility Cooperative Management Process (See the State’s ROW Utility Manual, chapter 2).
3.1.1. The Utility Coordinator shall coordinate all activities with the State, or their designee, to facilitate the orderly progress and timely completion of the State design phase. The Utility Coordinator shall be responsible for the following:
Utility Adjustment Coordination. Utility Adjustment Coordination shall include utility coordination meetings with individual utility companies, communication and coordination with utilities, and preparation of utility agreement assemblies including utility agreements, joint use agreements, notice of proposed installation and advanced funding agreements. Utility(ies) or utility(ies) shall mean (1) a public, private, cooperative, municipal and/or government line, facility or system used for the carriage, transmission and/or distribution of cable television, electric power, telephone, telegraph, water, gas, oil, petroleum products, steam, chemicals, hydrocarbons, telecommunications, sewage, storm water not connected with the drainage of the Project, and similar substances that directly or indirectly serve the public, and/or (2) a Private Pipeline. The term “Utility” or “utility” specifically excludes (a) storm water facilities connected to the drainage of the project, (b) ITS, and (c) street lights and traffic signals.
1.6.5.1. The Engineer shall coordinate all activities with the Mobility Authority, or their designee, to facilitate the orderly progress and timely completion of the Mobility Authority design phase. The Engineer shall be responsible for the following:

a. Work Plan. Coordinate a work plan including a list of the proposed meetings and coordination activities, and related tasks to be performed, a schedule and an estimate. The work plan must satisfy the requirements of the project and must be approved by the State prior to commencing work.
Utility Adjustment Coordination. The Engineer shall perform engineering services consisting of utility adjustment coordination as described herein. As used below, “ensure” means to make certain that something has happened or will happen, and includes an obligation to deploy the appropriate level of engineering or other technical expertise, consistent with the complexity, cost, and level of risk associated with a task. Ensure does not require the completion of any task assigned to a separate entity under any other agreement. Utility adjustment coordination shall include utility coordination meetings with individual utility companies, communication and coordination with utilities, and preparation of utility agreement assemblies including utility agreements, joint use agreements, and advanced funding agreements.
Utility Adjustment Coordination. 1.
