Utility Service Connections. ‌ 13 Developer shall provide new Utility service connections as required for the Project, including 14 lighting, freeway management systems, traffic signals, irrigation controllers, or other facilities in 15 accordance with the Contract Documents. Developer shall also provide any temporary service 16 connections as may be needed during construction. Developer shall coordinate with the 17 appropriate Utility Companies and Governmental Entities to disconnect existing services that 18 may be present and set up new or temporary services in accordance with the appropriate Utility 19 Company’s or Governmental Entity’s requirements. 20 Developer shall prepare Utility Service Request Letters(s) to establish new services in 21 accordance with the applicable Utility Company standards. At least 10 Business Days prior to 22 planned submittal of a Utility Service Request Letter to the associated Utility Company, 23 Developer shall submit Utility Service Request Letter(s) to ADOT. Utility Service Request 24 Letters must include the service address and information for the individual responsible for 25 paying the utility xxxx. Developer shall obtain and comply with all permit requirements for all Utility 26 service establishment and disconnections needed for the Project. 27 Developer shall remove any temporary Utility facilities no longer required. Developer shall 28 furnish the necessary equipment and furnishings required by the Utility Companies, as 29 applicable, at the point of source. This includes any and all necessary special trench, conduit 30 and backfill, and fence enclosures or gates required by each Utility Company. If extensions of a 31 Utility are required to provide the new service, Developer shall be responsible for the extension, 32 including any land rights that may be needed.

Utility Service Connections. The District will provide points of connection for distribution of electrical power, domestic water, and natural gas utility services throughout the LPC Cafeteria as necessary for Pacific Dining's operations under this Agreement. The foregoing notwithstanding, except to the extent included in the scope of the Design Documents and the scope of the Construction Contract awarded for construction of the LPC Cafeteria Improvements, the District is not responsible for securing or paying for the costs of labor, services, equipment, and/or materials necessary to distribute utilities in the LPC Cafeteria.

To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages.
