Vacancy Announcements. Vacancy Announcements for J-2 and above positions shall be posted on the ASD website and on all bargaining unit bulletin boards for five (5) working days before the position is closed. The District shall also make available copies of all Vacancy Announcements to the Union. Employees seeking transfer or promotion must submit the necessary application prior to the closing date of the Position Vacancy Announcement. The Union shall be notified of all promotions J-2 and above.
