Reposting a. When it is necessary that fixed schedule day(s) of work in the basic work week for a duty assignment be permanently changed, the affected assignment(s) shall be reposted. b. The determination of what constitutes a sufficient change of duties, principal assignment area or scheme knowledge requirements to cause the duty assignment to be reposted shall be a subject of negotiation at the local level. c. The determination of what constitutes a sufficient change in starting time of a duty assignment to cause the duty assignment to be reposted is negotiable at the local level, provided: (1) No duty assignment will be reposted when the change in starting time is one hour or less. (2) The above criteria will also apply to cumulative changes in starting time within the life of this Agreement. Cumulative changes are changes that move the starting time outside a circle which has the starting time as its center and the agreed upon time as its radius. (3) The incumbent shall have the option of accepting the new reporting time, if negotiated at the local level. If the incumbent accepts the new reporting time, the assignment will not be reposted. (4) If the incumbent does not accept the new reporting time, the assignment will be reposted. (5) Any occupied traditional full-time regular duty assignment which is converted to a non-traditional full- time assignment shall be reposted. Any occupied non-traditional full- time regular duty assignment which is converted to a traditional full-time assignment shall be reposted. (6) When the total hours in the workweek of a non-traditional full- time assignment are changed, the assignment shall be reposted. d. When duty assignments are reposted in accordance with a., b., or c. above, such repostings of level 6, 7, and 8 duty assignments will be limited to employees within the same and higher salary levels and status; and repostings of level 5 duty assignments will be limited to those employees in that salary level and status. Subsequent postings which result from a reposted duty assignment will be limited to employees within the above salary levels until a residual vacancy is identified. Residual vacancies which result from repostings will be filled in the following order: (1) Assign any unencumbered employees in the same salary level who are available for assignment, in accordance with Section 4.C.1. (2) Post to full-time employees in all levels who are eligible to bid. (3) If no bidders, assign unencumbered lower level employees...

Reposting. If during the three months following the effective date of a posting the position or positions subject of that posting have not been filled due to the lack of qualified applicants and if those vacant position(s) are still available, there shall be a reposting of such position(s). This reposting shall proceed in accordance with subparagraphs (1) through (4) above. If the vacant position(s) are still available following the three month posting(s), the posting(s) shall be repeated at six months from the effective date of the applicable first posting. Thereafter, no posting or repeated posting shall be required.

  • Posting Each Credit Party hereby agrees that it will provide to the Administrative Agent all information, documents and other materials that it is obligated to furnish to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document, including all notices, requests, financial statements, financial and other reports, certificates and other information materials, but excluding any such communication (unless otherwise approved in writing by the Administrative Agent) that (i) relates to a request for a new, or a conversion of an existing, Borrowing or other extension of credit (including any election of an interest rate or interest period relating thereto), (ii) relates to the payment of any principal or other amount due under this Agreement prior to the scheduled date therefor, (iii) provides a Notice of Intent to Cure, (iv) provides notice of any Default under this Agreement or (v) is required to be delivered to satisfy any condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement and/or any borrowing or other extension of credit hereunder (all such non-excluded communications, collectively, the “Communications”), by transmitting the Communications in an electronic/soft medium in a format reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent at such e-mail address(es) provided to the Borrower from time to time or in such other form, including hard copy delivery thereof, as the Administrative Agent shall require. In addition, each Credit Party agrees to continue to provide the Communications to the Administrative Agent in the manner specified in this Agreement or any other Loan Document or in such other form, including hard copy delivery thereof, as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request. Nothing in this Section 10.01 shall prejudice the right of the Agents, any Lender or any Credit Party to give any notice or other communication pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document in any other manner specified in this Agreement or any other Loan Document or as any such Agent shall require.

  • Postings The posting will include the projected end date of the position. A casual employee who bids into any vacancy pursuant to Article 17.03(A) and (B) above will have her status changed to regular for the duration of the time worked in the temporary position and will then revert to casual status. Internal regular employees will return to their previous status and external candidates will return to their pre-employment status.   • Hosting 43.6.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-10STATE shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-10STATE’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • JOB POSTING The following provision will appear in all collective agreements replacing any related provision that existed in the hospital's expiring collective agreement: (Any provision pertaining to definition of temporary vacancies, non-bargaining unit applications, outside advertising, interim placements or criteria for selection except as it relates to promotions and transfers that existed in the hospital's expiring collective agreement will be continued as the last paragraph of this Article). "Where a permanent vacancy occurs in a classification within the bargaining unit or a new position within the bargaining unit is established by the Hospital, such vacancy shall be posted for a period of seven (7) consecutive calendar days. Applications for such vacancy shall be made in writing within the seven (7) day period referred to herein. The postings shall stipulate the qualifications, classifications, rate of pay, department and shift and a copy shall be provided to the Chief Xxxxxxx. Vacancies created by the filling of an initial permanent vacancy will be posted for a period of three (3) consecutive calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
