Vacancy Notification. A. Interested bargaining unit members may apply in writing to the Superintendent, or designee, within the five (5) day posting period. The employer shall notify bargaining unit members of vacancies occurring during the summer months (June, July, August) by sending notice of same to each bargaining unit member by U.S. mail to their last known address if the bargaining unit member so requests.
