Common use of Vacation and Sick Days Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Sick Days. The Employee shall be entitled to four -------------------------- weeks of vacation without loss of compensation or other benefits to which he is entitled under this Agreement, to be taken at such times as the Employee may select and the affairs of the Company may permit. The Employee shall also be entitled to five paid sick days per calendar year.
