Vacation and Sick Leave Accruals. ‌ An eligible employee receiving workers’ compensation benefits supplemented by vacation and/or sick leave accruals shall accrue vacation and sick leave for the total number of hours compensated by workers’ compensation, sick leave, and vacation leave. An employee on unpaid workers’ compensation leave does not accrue vacation or sick leave.
