Common use of Vacation Buyback Clause in Contracts

Vacation Buyback. (a) An employee who has 14 or more years of seniority at the beginning of the calendar year (10 years beginning in 2019) may request to receive 40 hours pay in December of the pay year , by timely return of the Human Resources Department notice form.
