Common use of Vacation Cash Out Clause in Contracts

Vacation Cash Out. If an employee has accumulated at least three (3) weeks of vacation leave (120 hours for full-time, 60 hours for half-time), the employee may choose to cash out one (1) week of vacation (40 hours for full-time, 20 hours for half-time).
