Vacation leave hours. An employee eligible for leave benefits may donate a portion of his or her accrued vacation hours to another employee eligible for leave benefits. The donation will occur following written approval from both the donating and receiving employee’s directors. The number of hours donated cannot exceed the donor’s accrued vacation balance as of the date of the request.
