Vacation Leave Must be Authorized. Leave provided in this Article must be authorized by the employee's Manager. Full time employees shall take vacation anytime throughout the year as long as replacement workers are secured for backfilling of shifts. Vacation leave shall be rotated to ensure equality regardless of seniority. No employee shall be required to work during scheduled vacation.
