VACATION PAY - WHEN PAYABLE. Vacation pay is payable on the last payday preceding the vacation if the employee gives the employer a minimum of one weeks notice. The amount of the vacation payment will relate directly to the portion of the vacation time entitlement which is being taken at that particular time.
