Vacation Scheduling Methodology Sample Clauses

Vacation Scheduling Methodology. Each Employee with vacation entitlement under this Agreement shall have the right to have all or part of his or her vacation entitlement for the one (1) year period between May 1st and April 30th, inclusive, scheduled using either or both of the Formal Vacation Scheduling Process described in Clause 26.05(b) below or the Informal Vacation Scheduling Process described in Clause 26.05(c) below.
