VACATION/SUPPLEMENTAL DUES. The Employer and Union agree that each Employee may give written authorization to the Board of Trustees of the Southwest Carpenters Vacation Trust to pay to the Union from funds held by the Trustees on their behalf, an amount agreed upon between the Employee and the Union for each hour of their employment (hours worked or paid) in each payroll period, supplemental dues owed by the Employee to the Union. The Union shall bear the entire responsibility for obtaining the voluntary written authorization from the Employee, signed by the Employee and furnishing the authorization to the Board of Trustees in a form satisfactory to the Trustees. All costs, expenses, and fees of the Board of Trustees incident to the accounting, administration and remittance to the Union of the supplemental dues payments shall be borne solely and entirely by the Union. All written authorizations referred to above shall be irrevocable for a period of one (1) year from the date of the execution and shall renew automatically from year to year thereafter, unless the Employee has served written notice upon the Board of Trustees and on the Union, not more than twenty (20) days and not less than ten (10) days prior to the expiration of each period of one year or of the period of this Agreement, whichever is sooner, terminating the authorization. The Employer shall not be liable for any claims which may arise by virtue of this provision. This provision shall not affect the obligation of the Employer to pay the full amount of contributions to the Southwest Carpenters Vacation Trust as specified elsewhere in this Agreement.

VACATION/SUPPLEMENTAL DUES. The Employer shall contribute per hour for all hours worked by or paid to Employees covered by this Agreement to the Cement Masons & Plasterers Vacation Savings Plan Trust for Southern Nevada.

  • Pay for Unused Sick Leave Unused sick leave not to exceed 70 days will be paid at the rate of $50 per day when the teacher retires or leaves U.S.D. 506 employment, provided the teacher has a minimum of 10 years of service in U.S.D. 506. Article VI: Activity Ticket Each teacher of U.S.D. 506 shall be issued an activity ticket, which shall be honored at all regular school functions held within the district. Said ticket shall not be honored at basketball tournaments and special events. Said ticket shall be honored for employee, spouse, and children who have not yet graduated from high school. The Board of Education will have an expectation that those teachers in attendance at school functions will assume a reasonable amount of general supervision as needed.

  • Vacation Eligibility Employees shall be eligible for vacation, based on their Net Credited Service (NCS) with the Company, as follows:

  • Reinstatement of Vacation Days - Sick Leave In the event an employee is sick or injured prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, such employee shall be granted sick leave and the vacation period so displaced shall be added to the vacation period if requested by the employee and by mutual agreement, or shall be reinstated for use at a later date.

  • Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee. It is required for the Employee to give notice before scheduling their vacation in accordance with Company policy.
