Vacations as Emergency Leave Days. Employees may use up to ten (10) vacation days for the purposes of emergency leave days per Article 18.10. Any of those days unused for those purposes may be carried forward to the next calendar year to be used only as emergency days and not for any additional vacation entitlement.
