Vacations, Compassionate Leave, Court and Jury Duty. An employee receiving twelve percent (12%) or sixteen percent (16%) in lieu of benefits as per B.10 of this Schedule may, upon request, be granted leave of absence without pay for vacation, compassionate leave, court and jury duty purposes, with scheduling subject to operational requirements, where appropriate.
