Vaccinations and Medications. The Dog must be current on all required vaccinations, flea, and tick medications (including distemper, parvo, rabies and bordetella). Fecal exams that are negative for parasites, are required every 12 months, and preventative flea & tick medication needs to be regularly given to the Dog per the medication’s dosage directions for the Dog to continue to stay at Jax. The Owner is responsible for keeping the Dog current on all its vaccinations, medications, and/or other medical treatments and will be fully responsible for any losses, damages, and/or expenses incurred by the Dog, Jax, its employees, or other customers if the Owner fails to do so. Owner further agrees to provide Jax with annual updates of the Dog’s vaccination records.

Vaccinations and Medications. This section only applies to international trips and travel. It is the responsibility of all travelers to obtain the appropriate vaccinations and medications before travel. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website – xxxx://xxxxx.xxx.xxx/travel/ – provides the most up-to-date travelers’ health information and recommended/required vaccinations for travel to all countries. Travelers responsible for visiting a primary care physician or health care provider who specializes in travel medicine to receive consultation and recommendations concerning health issues and infectious diseases related to travel, and take preventative measures, including vaccinations and medications, prior to departure. NOTES:  Many countries in Central/South America and Africa require that one presents proof of yellow fever vaccination upon entry into the country. Please carefully read the CDC’s traveler’s health information for the destination country to determine whether this vaccination is required.  The Center for Health Promotion, located on the Loma Xxxxx University campus, provides an International Travel Clinic. The clinic’s experienced staff members advise travelers on disease risk and immunization(s) recommendations. The International Travel Clinic is offered every Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm. No appointment is necessary as this is a walk-in clinic (please call ahead if you are bringing in a group larger than 5 people). Consultations are available by appointment at other times. Please call the Loma Xxxxx University (LLU) operator at 0-000-000-0000 and ask to be transferred to the Center for Health Promotion International Travel Clinic. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am properly vaccinated before travel on this LLUH-sponsored trip, and to obtain any necessary medications and preventative measures.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • Negotiation and Mediation If either party serves written notice of a Dispute upon the other party (a “Dispute Notice”), the parties will first attempt to resolve the Dispute by direct discussions between representatives of the parties who have authority to settle the Dispute. In the event the Dispute is not resolved within 15 days by the initial representatives to whom the matter is referred, the Dispute will be escalated for resolution to the CFO of each party.   • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Regulatory Assistance Provider will permit regulators with jurisdiction over BFA or any BFA Recipient to examine Provider’s activities relating to its performance under this Agreement and the Services. Subject to Section 17.6, Provider will cooperate and provide all information reasonably requested by the regulator in connection with any such examination and provide reasonable assistance and access to all equipment, records, and systems requested by the regulator relating to the Services.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.
