VALIDITY OF DRIVERS LICENSES. In order to ensure that the Company exercises its duty of care to ensure all its employees with driving responsibilities are driving with a valid driving license, on a quarterly basis, or acting on reliable evidence, the Company may seek to be advised by the relevant government road traffic or licensing body, of the validity of all driver licenses. The Company shall not seek any information other than whether the license is valid.

  • Validity of Agreement The Company shall be precluded from asserting in any Proceeding, including, without limitation, an action under Section 12 (a) above, that the provisions of this Agreement are not valid, binding and enforceable or that there is insufficient consideration for this Agreement and shall stipulate in court that the Company is bound by all the provisions of this Agreement.

  • VALIDITY OF CONTRACT The contract, if awarded shall be valid for an initial period of 1 (one) year from the date of commencement of work subject to the renewal for two years of one block each after expiry of initial period of three years subject to satisfactory performance.   • Driver’s License Executive shall have and carry a valid driver's license issued by his or her state of domicile or the State of Employment hereunder and a driver's permit issued by the Company whenever Executive is driving any motor vehicle in connection with Company business. Executive agrees to immediately notify Company in writing if Executive's driver's license is lost, expired, restricted, suspended or revoked for any reason whatsoever.

  • Validity of Provisions In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction shall hold any Section, or any part or portion of any Section of this Agreement, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, each and every remaining Section or part or portion thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

No operation shall begin until Concessionaire has provided such written evidence to Department.
