Valuation of Accounts. Participant Accounts will be valued at their fair market value at least annually as of a date specified by the Administrator in accordance with a method consistently followed and uniformly applied, and on such date earnings, expenses, gains and losses on investments made with amounts in each Participant's Account will be allocated to such Account. Participants will be furnished statements of their Account values at least once each Plan Year.

Valuation of Accounts. A Participant's or former Participant's Accounts shall be valued by the Trustee at fair market value on each Valuation Date. The earnings and losses attributable to any asset in the Trust will be allocated solely to the Account of the Participant or former Participant on whose behalf the investment in the asset was made. In determining the fair market value of the Participant's or former Participant's Accounts, the Trustee shall utilize such sources of information as it may deem reliable including, but not limited to, stock market quotations, statistical evaluation services, newspapers of general circulation, financial publications, advice from investment counselors or brokerage firms, or any combination of sources which in the opinion of the Trustee will provide the price such assets were last traded at on a registered stock exchange; provided, however, that with respect to regulated investment company shares, the Trustee shall rely exclusively on information provided to it by the investment adviser to such funds.
Valuation of Accounts. 10.6.1 A Participant's Accounts shall be valued at fair market value on each Valuation Date. Subject to Section 10.6.2(A), as of each Valuation Date, the earnings and losses and expenses of the Trust Fund shall be allocated to each Participant Account in the ratio that such Account Balance in that category of Accounts bears to all Account Balances in that category. With respect to Participant-Directed Assets, the earnings and losses and expenses (including transactional expenses pursuant to Section 8.5.2) of such Participant-Directed Assets shall be allocated to the Account of the Participant or Beneficiary having authority to direct the investment of the assets in his or her Account. 10.6.2 The Valuation Date with respect to any distributions (including, without limitation, loan distributions and purchase of annuities) from any Account upon the occurrence of a Benefit Commencement Date or otherwise, shall be: (A) with respect to Participant-Directed Asset, the date as of which the Account distribution is made; and (B) with respect to other assets, the Valuation Date immediately preceding the Benefit Commencement Date, if applicable, or immediately preceding the proposed date of any other distribution from an Account. With respect to any contribution allocable to an Account which has not been made as of a Valuation Date determined pursuant to this Section 10.6.2, the principal amount of such contribution distributable because of the occurrence of a Benefit Commencement Date shall be distributed as soon as practicable after the date paid to the Trust Fund. 10.6.3 The assets of the Trust shall be valued at fair market value as determined by the Trustee based upon such sources of information as it may deem reliable, including, but not limited to, stock market quotations, statistical evaluation services, newspapers of general circulation, financial publications, advice from investment counselors or brokerage firms, or any combination of sources. The reasonable costs incurred in establishing values of the Trust Fund shall be a charge against the Trust Fund, unless paid by the Employer. When the Trustee is unable to arrive at a value based upon information from independent sources, it may rely upon information from the Employer, Administrator, Investment Committee, appraisers or other sources, and shall not incur any liability for inaccurate valuation based in good faith upon such information.

Valuation of Accounts. The value of a Participant’s Account shall be determined from time to time by the Administrator in the following manner: (a) Each Participant’s Account shall be valued as of the last day of each Plan Year, or more frequently as agreed upon by the Administrator, and shall again be valued as of the date that a Participant receives a payment under the Plan, in accordance with the procedures established by the Administrator. (b) All allocations to a Participant’s Account under this Section 4.5 shall be deemed to have been made on the applicable valuation date, even though actually determined at a later date.
Valuation of Accounts. The value of the LIRA for all purposes will be equal to the total market value of the investments held in the LIRA after deduction of any fees and expenses properly chargeable to the LIRA. The market value of the investments shall be established by the Trustee or its Agent as defined in the RSP, using market prices in accordance with the standards in general use in the securities industry from time to time. If a payment is made by the Trustee from the LIRA which is contrary to the provisions of this agreement or the Regulation, the Annuitant may, unless the payment is attributable to a false declaration by him/her, require that the Trustee pay him/her, as a penalty, a sum equal to the irregular payment.
Valuation of Accounts. (1) As of the close of business on each Valuation Date, the Trustee shall determine the value of each Participant's Account as provided in the Plan and the Trust Agreement. Except as may otherwise be provided by the Investment Committee, Deferred Salary Contributions, Xxxx Contributions and Matching Employer Contributions shall each be credited to each Participants' Account as of the close of business on the Valuation Date on which the Trustee has received such Contributions. (2) The Trustee shall make each valuation described in Subsection (1) on the basis of the market value (as determined by the Trustee) of the assets of each Investment Fund, except that property which the Trustee determines does not have a readily determinable market value shall be valued at fair market value as determined by the Trustee in such manner as it deems appropriate. (3) The Trustee shall determine, from the change in value of each Investment Fund between the current Valuation Date and the then last preceding Valuation Date, the net gain or loss of each such Investment Fund during such period resulting from expenses paid and realized and unrealized earnings, profits and losses of such Investment Fund during such period. Contributions allocated to an Investment Fund described in this Subsection and payments, distributions and withdrawals from any such Investment Fund to provide benefits under the Plan for Participants or Beneficiaries shall not be deemed to be earnings, profits, expenses or losses of such Investment Fund. The net gain or loss of each Investment Fund determined pursuant to this Subsection (3) shall be allocated as of each Valuation Date by the Trustee to the Accounts of Participants in such Investment Fund in proportion to the amounts of such Accounts invested in such Investment Fund on such Valuation Date, exclusive of amounts to be credited or debited to such Accounts as of such Valuation Date. (4) The total value of a Participant's Account on each Valuation Date shall be the value determined under the preceding provisions of this Section for the portions of the Account invested in the respective Investment Funds described in such provisions, plus the value of a Participant's Loan Account on the last preceding Valuation Date on which the Administrator valued such Loan Account pursuant to Section 5.5(4) reduced by any fees or expenses charged against the Account on any Valuation Date in accordance with the terms of the Plan or Trust.
