Variation of period of parental leave. (a) Where a team member has originally applied for less than 104 weeks leave, the team member may extend their leave up to an aggregate of 104 weeks by providing Target 4 weeks notice. (b) A team member may shorten their period of leave by agreement with Target, by giving not less than 4 weeks notice.
