Variation Requests. Within 10 Working Days of receipt of the Variation Request. Notify the Customer within 10 Working Days if Network Rail objects to the Variation Request.
Variation Requests. (a) The Recipient may request a variation of this Funding Agreement by providing the Department with written details of the proposed variation.

Variation Requests. 8. If You need to vary the date or nature of Your Program, You must inform Us in writing as soon as possible. While We will make every effort to accommodate Your variation request, depending on the time available, this may not be possible and We will be under no obligation to offer a refund if your variation request cannot be met. If the nature of Your variation request would require Us to undertake extra work or to forfeit work that We have already undertaken on Your behalf, We reserve the right to charge You a £100, US$160 or AUS$170 (as applicable) administration fee plus any additional costs. Examples of scenarios that would incur an extra administrative fee include, but are not limited to:
