Vehicle Allowance - Union Representative Component. The Employer shall pay to each Employee in the Union Representative Component, as defined in Clause 5.02(c)(ii), a vehicle allowance in accordance with Clause 19.01(b) or 19.01(c) below, as applicable, for each calendar month, or portion thereof, of each such Employee's employment within the Union Representative Component. After an eligible Employee has been absent from work for any continuous period in excess of sixty (60) calendar days, such vehicle allowance payments shall cease until the Employee returns to work, unless the Employer waives the right, in whole or in part, to limit these payments.

  • Vehicle Allowance (a) Vehicle allowance for all kilometres travelled on the Employer’s business shall be paid to employees who are required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties.
