Vehicle Storage Clause Samples

The Vehicle Storage clause defines the terms and conditions under which a vehicle may be stored, typically as part of a broader agreement such as a lease, repair, or service contract. It outlines responsibilities regarding the location, duration, and care of the vehicle while in storage, and may address issues such as access, security, and liability for damage or loss. This clause ensures both parties understand their obligations and rights concerning the vehicle during the storage period, thereby minimizing disputes and clarifying risk allocation.
