Vehicle Storage. Vehicles may be stored on premises-at LCISD and in some cases will be stored at local school district bus parking areas when appropriate. The Transportation Supervisor's decision will be final and reviewed with transportation leadership team.
Vehicle Storage. The Contractor’s vehicles and equipment shall only be parked or stored at a site approved by the LEA, in compliance with all applicable zoning regulations and at such location as not to cause a nuisance to either neighbors or the general public. No vehicle used by Contractor in performance of this Franchise Agreement shall be stored on any public street or other public property in the County.

Neither Tenant nor any occupant shall store or park any unlicensed or inoperable vehicle, 138. or any motor home, camper, trailer, boat or other recreational vehicle on or around the Premises. Neither Tenant 139. nor any occupant shall store or park any commercial truck on or around the Premises. If, after three (3) days notice 140. to Tenant, Xxxxxx fails to remove an unauthorized vehicle from on or around the Premises, Owner may remove 141. and store the vehicle, and Tenant shall pay the removal and storage expenses as additional rent.
Vehicle Storage a. The Company reserves the right to invoice £15.00 + VAT per day for the storage of any vehicle not collected within 24 hours after being advised of the completion of work.
Vehicle Storage. If Lessee stores any type of motorized vehicle governed by motor vehicle laws, the vehicle must be in good, operational condition. At Owner's request, Lessee will place identification stickers, decals, or tags on the vehicle. If Lessee is in default or if the vehicle remains at the Facility after termination of this agreement, Owner may, without notice and without incurring any liability, have the vehicle towed from the Facility at Lessee's expense and/or Owner may relocate the vehicle to a different location within the Facility. If fluids from the vehicle leak into the Unit or the Facility, Lessee will remediate such leak in accordance with all applicable laws at Lessee's expense. Any vehicle left or stored anywhere on or about the Facility which is not registered with Owner, which is left unattended for any period of time or which is parked anywhere other than inside a Unit shall be subject to towing.
Vehicle Storage. Storage of any kind of vehicle, trailer, boat, truck camper, shell or similar property on the Campsite is strictly prohibited.
Vehicle Storage. Contractor is responsible for storing the vehicles with a minimum of 36 inches of free space between the vehicles that allows the City’s Abandoned Vehicle Specialist to move around the vehicles to inspect, view, and see VINs with auction vehicles segregated from other tows. Contractor is responsible for unlocking doors of vehicles to allow the Abandoned Vehicle Specialist access to the interior of the vehicle to get/uncover a VIN #, or get paperwork out of a vehicle at owners’ request Contractor is responsible for removing vehicle license plates immediately after the auction and prior to the vehicles leaving the impound lot.
Vehicle Storage. Contractor is responsible for storing the vehicles in a manner that allows the City’s abandoned vehicle specialist to inspect, view and see Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)
Vehicle Storage. 3.25.1. The minimum storage requirement may be met by combining primary and secondary storage capacities. The primary storage location will have not less than 10,000-sq. ft. of vehicle storage capacity, not including office facilities or Police Hold.
3.25.2. Tow Contractor will have a minimum total storage capacity, not including Police Hold storage, of at least one (1) acre.
3.25.3. If the Tow Contractor is also under contract with the City under terms of the current Contract for Vehicle Towing and Storage, the contractor must have enough secure storage to satisfy the aggregate requirements of both contracts.
3.25.4. Tow Contractor’s storage facility will at all times maintain the following standards:
3.25.4.1. Completely enclosed by a fence, or other secure enclosure, at least six feet tall topped with not less than three strands of taut, barbed wire;
3.25.4.2. Fence will be free of holes or weak spots which could allow unauthorized entry;
3.25.4.3. All gates, doors and other openings into storage facilities will be equipped with locks to secure against unauthorized entry;
3.25.4.4. Have a structure or enclosure designed, constructed, furnished and maintained so as to create physical deterrence to unauthorized entry or unauthorized removal of stored vehicles or their contents, giving special consideration to the security of high value property and vehicles; and
3.25.4.5. Marked with a sign, at or near the entrance to the storage facility, that is: 3.25.4.5.1. Clearly visible from the public right-of-way;
Vehicle Storage. No long term storage or parking of non-employee or customer vehicles is permitted.
