Vendor Provisioning Items. Customer may place orders with Boeing for Provisioning Items which are manufactured by vendors or to their detailed design and are covered by the Provisioning Data as initial provisioning for the Aircraft. The price to Customer for any such vendor Provisioning Item will be 112% of the vendor's quoted price to Boeing therefor. If Customer elects to purchase such vendor Provisioning Items from Boeing, Customer will place its orders therefor in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 4.1 above.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS The Servicer shall handle all Customer inquiries and other Customer service matters according to the same procedures it uses to service Customers with respect to its own charges.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Buyer Furnished Equipment 14.3.2.1 The Seller shall introduce data related to Buyer Furnished Equipment, for equipment that is installed on the Aircraft by the Seller (hereinafter “BFE Data”) into the customized Technical Data, at no additional charge to the Buyer for the initial issue of the Technical Data provided at first Aircraft Delivery, provided such BFE Data is provided in accordance with the conditions set forth in Clauses 14.3.2.2 through 14.3.2.6.
