VENDOR’S PERFORMANCE. The Vendor will furnish at its own cost and expense all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation required to complete the work as designated, described and required by the Contract Documents, to wit the services of uniform laundering and dry cleaning for the Overland Park Police Department, all in strict accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set forth in the Bidding Documents. All work is to be done in a good, substantial and workmanlike manner to the entire satisfaction of the City, and in accordance with the laws of the City, the State of Kansas and the United States of America.

VENDOR’S PERFORMANCE. The Vendor will, furnish Concealable Soft Body Armor for use by the City of Overland Park, Kansas Police Department, all in strict accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set forth herein and to the entire satisfaction of the City, and in accordance with the laws of the City, the State of Kansas and the United States of America.
VENDOR’S PERFORMANCE a. The Vendor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation required to deliver the Trucks to the Overland Park Public Works Shawnee Mission District Facility located at 00000 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx 00000, all in accordance with this Agreement; all work to be done in a good and workmanlike manner to the entire satisfaction of the City, and in accordance with all City, State, and Federal laws applicable thereto. Delivery of the Trucks shall be made no later than September 15, 2013 by Vendor. City furnished cab and chassis’ approximate delivery date from the manufacturer is May 1, 2013. b. Vendor shall be responsible for submitting, to the City’s designee, weekly email photos of the Trucks assembly progress. c. Vendor shall give the City two (2) weeks notice prior to any inspection points to allow City enough time for travel arrangements, if necessary.
VENDOR’S PERFORMANCE. Each covenant and obligation that the Vendor is required to perform or to comply with pursuant to this Agreement at or prior to the Closing shall have been duly performed and complied with in all material respects, and Purchaser shall have received a certificate of the Vendor to such effect signed by a duly authorized officer thereof.

VENDOR’S PERFORMANCE. The Vendor will furnish at its own cost and expense all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation required to complete the work as designated, described and required by the Contract Documents, to wit the delivery of an Oxycontin/Heroin Video Production to the Overland Park Police Department all in accordance with the Contract Documents; all work to be done in a good, substantial and workmanlike manner to the entire satisfaction of the City, and in accordance with the laws of the City, the State of Kansas and the United States of America.
VENDOR’S PERFORMANCE. The Vendor will, furnish Safariland Police Duty Belts and Related Accessories for use by the City of Overland Park, Kansas Police Department, all in strict accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set forth in the Bidding Documents and to the entire satisfaction of the City, and in accordance with the laws of the City, the State of Kansas and the United States of America.

VENDOR’S PERFORMANCE. The Executive Director of General Services of his/her authorized representative will decide all questions which may arise to the quality and acceptability of any work performed under the contract. If, in the opinion of the Executive Director of General Services or his/her authorized representative, performance becomes unsatisfactory, the City shall notify the Vendor. Repeated incidences of unsatisfactory performance will result in cancellation of the agreement for default.
