District facility definition

District facility means tangible real and personal property of the district, including any plant, equipment, means, recreational facility as defined by Section49.462, or instrumentality owned, leased, operated, used, controlled, furnished, or supplied for, by, or in connection with the business or operations of a district. The term specifically includes a reservoir or easement of a district.
District facility means any building, operating division, bus, maintenance yard, print shop or other District-owned or leased real property.

District facility means all real property, improvements, structures, and personal property owned, possessed or occupied by the District, leased or licensed by the District, or devoted on an exclusive or nonexclusive basis to the use of the District and includes without limitation a transit transfer station, bus stop, passenger shelter, passenger waiting area(s), information center, parking lot, park and ride lot, and any other property, equipment, improvements or buildings under the ownership, possession, custody or control of the District, including adjoining walkways, stairways, ramps and elevators.
District facility means facilities owned, leased, rented, allocated, programmed, operated or managed by the District, intended for public, staff or volunteer use. This includes, but is not limited to recreation facilities; staff offices and workspaces; meeting rooms; community meeting spaces; Municipal Hall; museums and galleries, but does not include the West Vancouver Memorial Library or facilities or portions thereof that are occupied by the West Vancouver Police Department;
District facility means any of the following (i) any land owned by the District, or in which the District has a real property interest, (ii) District Structures, and (iii) any and all lands, drainage ways and structures for which the District has maintenance responsibility. A map identifying District Facilities shall be kept by the Chief Engineer and shall be made available to all interested parties.
