Verification of Absences Charged to Sick Leave. A. In order to verify that the employee’s use of sick leave is in accordance with this Section, to assure medical attention for an employee or to prevent the abuse of sick leave usage, the University may require an employee to submit verification of the reason for the use of accrued sick leave, advanced or extended sick leave.
