VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY AND ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP. You authorize us to obtain information from any financial institutions holding your Bank Accounts to confirm your ownership of the Bank Accounts. You also authorize us to request information regarding you and your Bank Accounts and Accounts from other third party sources to verify your identity, account ownership, protect against fraud, confirm your pattern of use or exceptional use, comply with applicable law or otherwise as necessary to provide the Online Account Opening Service to you. Company is under no obligation to you or any other person to verify or confirm your registration information or your ownership of the Accounts or the Bank Accounts. Your use of the Account Verification Service is subject to the terms and conditions of this Account Verification User Agreement and Company’s User Agreement incorporated herein by reference. Proceeding with using this service constitutes your assent to and acceptance of this Agreement.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you and your Third Party Accounts and you agree to not misrepresent your identity or any of your account information. You represent and warrant your Credit Union accounts and the External Account(s) are held in the same name or legal capacity and/or you have the authority to make deposits to and withdrawals from such account(s). You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your External Accounts. You agree to not misrepresent your identity or your account information. When we enable External Transfers, we will advise you of what your verification method will be. You will be asked to provide proof that you are authorized on the External Account. You will be required to login to the External Account using the credentials you have established for that External Account and validate your ownership of the External Account. This proof may include providing your account information and additional information to validate your ownership of the External Account, or in the alternative, your External Account may receive two (2) small ACH credits for an undisclosed amount and you will need to enter the amount of the credits in the “Manage External Transfer” section of Digital Banking within seven

You also authorize the Credit Union to request information regarding you and your External Deposit Accounts from other third party sources to verify your identity, account ownership, protect against fraud, confirm your pattern of use or exceptional use, comply with applicable law or otherwise as is reasonably necessary to provide the External Funds Transfer Service to you. The Credit Union is under no obligation to you, or any other person, to verify or confirm your identity, registration information, or your ownership of the External Deposit Accounts; or to confirm that your Accounts held at the Credit Union and the External Deposit Accounts at another financial institution are held in the same name and/or legal capacity. You represent and warrant your Accounts held at the Credit Union and the External Deposit Accounts held at another financial institution that utilize this service are held in the same name or legal capacity or you have the authority to make deposits and withdrawals. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your External Deposit Accounts held at other financial institutions and you agree to not misrepresent your identity or your deposit account information. The External Funds Transfer Service will use the Member Validation Method discussed below to verify your control and authority to access the external deposit accounts held at other financial institutions. You must undertake this account verification option in order to use the External Funds Transfer Service for each financial institution you want to set up.

  • Vendor Identity and Contact Information It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure that all identifying vendor information (name, EIN, d/b/a’s, etc.) and contact information is updated and current at all times within the TIPS eBid System and the TIPS Vendor Portal. It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to confirm that all e-correspondence issued from xxxx-xxx.xxx, xxxxxxx.xxx, and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to Vendor’s contacts are received and are not blocked by firewall or other technology security. Failure to permit receipt of correspondence from these domains and failure to keep vendor identity and contact information current at all times during the life of the contract may cause loss of TIPS Sales, accumulating TIPS fees, missed rebid opportunities, lapse of TIPS Contract(s), and unnecessary collection or legal actions against Vendor. It is no defense to any of the foregoing or any breach of this Agreement that Vendor was not receiving TIPS’ electronic communications issued by TIPS to Vendor’s listed contacts.

  • Security Violations and Accounts Updates Grantee will adhere to the Confidentiality Article requirements and HHS Data Usage Agreement of this contract and immediately contact System Agency if a security violation is detected, or if Grantee has any reason to suspect that the security or integrity of the CMBHS data has been or may be compromised in any way.

  • Client identification 9.1. The Company has the right to require the Client to confirm his/her registration information specified when opening a trading account. To do so, the Company may ask the Client at its own discretion and at any time to provide a notarized electronic copy of his/her identification document, bank statement or public utilities xxxx as a proof of residence. In particular cases, the Company may ask the Client to provide a photo of him/her holding his/her ID near his/her face. Therefore, a method for identifying the T1 traffic on the DS3s and providing the information to the Carriers is required.
